We are readily available to undertake all site inspection / Clerk of Works duties having, over the past sixteen years, worked both directly and independently for a number of surveying practices, based in Surrey, covering Social Housing projects throughout Kent, East and West Sussex, Hampshire and the Isle of White, Berkshire, Middlesex, Essex and Surrey, We can assist 'as and when' any site inspection input might be required, representing your 'Employers Agent' and 'project management' teams as detailed on Our Services page and, we are able to offer Housing Groups and Associations 'Development' teams a first class site monitoring service as Clerks of Works / Quality Inspectors.

We can, on your behalf undertake and manage End of Defects inspections, providing a first point of contact for your tenants / occupiers, providing an email and a direct contact number, attending residents meetings, carrying out any required 'out of hours' visits to suit / cover your tenants / occupiers work commitments. Having previously worked at the 'nuts and bolts' end of our industry (Carpenter, Senior Site Managers and Project Managers) particularly helpfull with 'customer care' duties, we are able to demonstrate a practical and positive 'hands-on' approach, particularly in client facing / tenant liaison, assisting the housing management and development teams in resolving tenant / occupier complaints regarding any reported defects issues.

Over the years, this has proved to be particularly useful for those organisations who do not retain full time Site Inspectors / Clerks of Works. We can make ourselves available to carry out all Clerk of Works site monitoring duties, recording progress against programme and record any subsequent delays, checking build-quality standards, providing regular written and photographic reports along with our regularly maintained and updated 'Observation tracking sheets' submission, noting all / any observed defects or departures against the ER's and current legislation.
